Meet Becky Houston
Becky Houston is a Home Health Nurse in Jefferson City. She had worked many years in the hospital and decided home care was a great place for her. She says she feels blessed to be apart of a team that gives her the ability to focus on the patient and improve their quality of life. “I love what I do and I am so lucky that my passion for nursing is rekindled everyday by the wonderful rewards that my patients give me through their smiles and personal strength.” She says her passion is truly driven by seeing her patients and families happy with the care she provides.
Becky feels her experience with Phoenix has been fantastic. She spends a lot of time in the field working with patients, but she feels supported in her efforts and knows she is only a phone call away from great advice and expertise whenever needed.

Meet Kathy Smith
Kathy Smith is the field supervisor for in home. She has been with the company since 2009. She likes helping people and making sure they get everything they need when it come to their home care needs. She worked in nursing homes in the past and didn’t care for it. She prefers the one-on-one attention that she is able to give the client.
Kathy enjoys the flexibility of the position, it gives her a work-life balance. Her advice for anyone seeking employment with Phoenix, “you must be people person with compassion and patience.”
