I watched from a distance, as did many of you. It was disconcerting and surreal to see the rioting in Ferguson.
I love caramel apples. They are a treat. I don’t eat them all year long. They are a fall thing for me. I can be a bit lazy at times…
It’s a tradition. Like clockwork, our Creator pulls out His box of watercolors and begins to paint. It happens every year.
Our youngest is now a KU Jayhawk. She wears the colors of the bird with pride. And so do we. We bought the t-shirts. We have the tickets. We are all in.
I felt it. I knew it was premature because it was only the last day of July. But nonetheless it was still there. A chill in the air.
What are you most afraid of?
We are afraid of that which we only imagine – not that which we face and conquer each day.
Have you ever really gone through the pictures on your phone? I flipped through mine the other day. I had some time to kill and just started traveling through them.
