Sarah chose home care because she always had a desire to help people. “I like just being able to connect with my clients on a personal level and give them someone to talk to,” she says. “It is rewarding to be able to give the kind of companionship that I would want for the people in my family.”
Sarah says the X-factor means that whatever you do, both big and little, to go above and beyond. It is to show everyday compassion, honesty, and patience toward her clients and people that she works with.
