We asked her, “What gives you the passion to do what you do?” She said, “Letting the clients stay home and helping them with what they need to be helped with. And seeing their smiling face when you do something for them. That makes my day.”
When we asked Sheila, “Why Home Care & Why Phoenix?” she told us, “I love being there for my clients. They are a good company to work for.”
We asked, “What would you like to tell others contemplating working at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice?” Her response was, “Phoenix will work with you if you need hours, or if you have any problems they’ll help you.”

With her near 8 years at Phoenix and 12 years of experience in Home Care overall, it’s no surprise that Sheila provides professional care with a heartfelt touch to all of her clients. Her team tells us, “Sheila goes above and beyond for her clients daily, all with a smile on her face!”
Outside of work, Sheila enjoys going for walks, doing yard work, and spending time with her family.
