Help is within reach when you depend on our exceptional caregivers
What are Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)?
Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) provide opportunities for people enrolled in Medicaid to receive care in the home as directed by the agency.
Who is HCBS for?
The federal government program provides services to the elderly, people with developmental, physical, and intellectual disabilities, and mental illnesses, who need Medicaid in-home care in a familiar setting. Eligibility requirements may vary by location, patient age, and needs. Medicaid waivers may be available for specific situations. A referral is necessary to begin services.
