Robin Tate, LPN has been with Phoenix Home Care and Hospice since 2015! She is an absolute ROCKSTAR! She is constantly working above and beyond to make sure her client, the family, and other nurses in the home have everything they need to take the absolute best care of the client. She is always willing to do anything possible to make things work best for the entire team.
