GREENE COUNTY COMMISSIONER CANDIDATE BUILDS WHEELCHAIR RAMP FOR OWNER OF PHOENIX HOME CARE AND HOSPICE

Phoenix President and Owner, Phil Melugin, was recently involved in a serious accident resulting in being wheelchair bound for several weeks. The fine staff of Cox Hospital System would not let Phil go home without a wheel chair ramp.

Rusty MacLachlan, Greene County Commissioner Candidate, heard about this and immediately volunteered he and his son, Easton, to get a ramp built in time for Phil to be discharged to home. Rusty shared that in addition to helping a friend, he saw it as a good opportunity to teach his son Easton life and vocational skills.

Phil and Kimberly Melugin would like to offer a special thank you to Rusty and Easton MacLachlan for making it possible to return home with a positive prognosis.
