Auburn brings more than clinical skill to every home she enters – she brings understanding, patience, and genuine compassion. As the parent of a child with special needs, she knows firsthand the joys, challenges, and emotions that many of our families experience. That personal perspective allows her to build trust and provide care that goes far beyond medical needs.
Throughout her time with Phoenix, Auburn has demonstrated what it means to Be the Wind-Serve Others. Whether stepping into a new assignment, supporting a family through difficult circumstances, or helping a child reach an important milestone, she consistently puts others first with a servant’s heart.
Some of Auburn’s assignments have included homes with unique challenges, yet she has shown an incredible ability to Manage Turbulence. She approaches every situation with professionalism, grace, and a calm presence, never losing sight of what matters most-the well-being of her clients.
Auburn also embodies our commitment to Patience, Honesty, and Compassion. Families know they can depend on her for truthful communication, thoughtful care, and unwavering support. She takes the time to Create Moments and Be Present in Them, celebrating each smile, every accomplishment, and the meaningful connections that make pediatric Home care so rewarding.
