Meet Krissy, an LPN from our Columbia, MO region!
We asked her, “What gives you the passion to do what you do?” She said, “I have a heart to serve the special needs community.” She certainly does! Her team praised her, saying she is like a second mother to her clients and sets the bar very high. “We would love to clone her!”
We asked, “What would you like to tell others contemplating working at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice?” Her response was, “I have found an excellent place of employment, I am a valued employee. Come check out Phoenix!”
Of our X Factor (an important element of our unique Phoenix values), Krissy says, “The X Factor to me is Galatians 5:22 Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-control. This is how I treat my client. He is a child of God made in His image and he deserves nothing but the best.”
Outside of work, Krissy tells us, “I am a child of God, a wife, a mom to two boys and a daughter, a sister, an aunt, and a friend. I enjoy spending time with family, reading, adult coloring books, and Taekwondo. I am close to earning my black belt.”
