Being in nursing allows me to use my natural passion of kindness and to care for people. Working in home care and for Phoenix gives me the ability to use my caring personality easily. I’m able to use my skills and care with just my patient and really get to know them and their family. I can really focus on what their needs are and meet them with love and emotion as opposed to trying to care for a large group of patients and just “get the job done”. I would tell others that if they want to work for a great company who really cares about the patients they provide care for and their employees, then Phoenix is the place to be. I’ve loved every minute of my job since working for Phoenix. It makes going to work, not just a job. Which is definitely a breath fresh air. The X-Factor means using the skills I have with the skills I learn every day to be the best nurse I can be. Going in everyday with a good attitude to serve my patient to the best of my ability and to continue to learn more all the time so I can give more and be the best nurse to my patient that I can be.
