Meet Teresa, a PCA from our Columbia, MO region!
We asked her, “What gives you the passion to do what you do?” She said, “What drives my passion for my work is the ability to make a positive impact on people’s lives by providing them with valuable information and insights, knowing that I can help them learn, grow, and solve problems through the knowledge I share.”
When we asked Teresa, “Why Home Care & Why Phoenix?” she told us, “Most of my family is in home health care aids or nurses and CNAs so I was introduced at a very young age and it just became my passion as I got older. I chose Phoenix because everyone makes me feel like family ❤️”
We asked, “What would you like to tell others contemplating working at Phoenix Home Care & Hospice?” Her response was, “The pay is great and you can get as many hours as u want. If u have a passion for helping others then u would love to work for Phoenix Home Care and hospice”
Outside of work, Teresa loves spending time with her family. “We love to cook together and watch movies. We also enjoy playing cards and playing in the yard with the dogs.”
