LaNieceon was born in Kansas City Mo. and has been working since she was 16 years old. She said that Phoenix has definitely provided a New Beginning for her. She had heard that Phoenix was a good company to work for. She says Phoenix was the first company to recognize her for all her hard work and gave her the opportunity to soar. “I have learned so much from working in this field.”
