Payroll Specialist – Financial Services Department
This is an entry-level position-but requires much attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in order to ensure correct pay for our staff.
The qualified candidate does NOT have to have prior payroll experience. We are willing to train the right candidate that would be the best fit for our team.
The details of the job include:
- Data Entry
- Answering payroll questions
- Completing Employment Verifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail
- High levels of accuracy
- Ability to Multi-task
- Prior office experience
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (do not need to be advanced)
Work hours are 8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday).
Occasionally requires staying after 5pm on Tuesday or Wednesday
