Spotlight on Jimie Lee, caregiver from the Columbia office.
Jimie enjoys being a caregiver because she gets to grow and learn as an individual, while assisting others that need an extra helping hand. She says it feels great to have the opportunity to be a blessing to someone else and make their day brighter. Jimi likes home care because people feel safer and more comfortable in their own home, “being a caregiver, it is my job to make them feel as comfortable as possible.”

Jimie chose Phoenix because they gave her the chance to show the type of person she truly is, when no one else would. She feels it was a new beginning for her, as choosing to be a caregiver was a different role for her. “I love my job, and the people at Phoenix for giving me a chance and believing in me.”
She considers the X-factor as having the heart and soul to work with clients on a daily basis with whatever needs they may have – being wonderful at your job and having the skills to be successful.
