“I do what I do because I love helping others. I enjoy knowing that I have helped someone and made a difference in their life, even if the impact I made was just making a bad day better. I chose home care because I wanted to be able to make more of an impact on the people I care for. My previous job was in a residential home, and while I did love the residents that I cared for I wanted to be able to give a higher level of care than what I could. I chose Phoenix because the values of the company are very close to my values. I had heard several positive things about the company and felt that this is where I needed to be. The most rewarding part of my day is when my client meets me at the door with a huge smile on his face and when he asks to make sure that I will be there the next day. To me the X factor means to always give the best care that I can, to always show my clients the highest level of compassion, honesty, patience and respect that I can.”
