Meet Darcy M., a Private Duty Nursing RN from our Springfield, MO region.

Although Darcy has been with Phoenix for only 1 year, she has made a BIG impact! She is a pro at maximizing her little patient’s potential every day. 

Darcy faithfully serves with her little guy at school and his progress is unbelievable. She believes in him and he has risen to meet her high expectations, walking, interacting with everyone, and even winning student of the month! She gives her all to whatever she does and is loved by her little guy’s family, all the staff at the school where she serves and everyone she meets. 

Today, we recognize Darcy as she continuously lives out Phoenix’s Principals of Flight; Attitude Determines Altitude (1st Principle of Flight), Phoenix’s Mission Statement (2nd Principle of flight), Be the Wind, Serve Others (5th Principle of Flight) and we Celebrate Outcomes with her today (8th principal of Flight). What a privilege it is to work with her!
