Kaylee, RN

Today, we’re highlighting Kaylee, RN, a valued member of our Springfield Home Health Team at Phoenix. With 5 years of dedication to our mission, Kaylee embodies the essence of compassionate care.

We asked her, “Why Home Care and Why Phoenix?” Kaylee responded, the satisfaction of being able to help people heal and recover in their own home. It’s a wonderful benefit of home health to build lasting relationships with these patients and their families! Phoenix goes above and beyond, not only for their patients, but for their employees.”

We also asked her “What does the X-Factor mean to you?” The X-Factor is the personal and professional abilities of our nurses and caregivers to use their experience, orientation to serve, skill set, optimism, patience, honesty, and compassion to bring the very best care to our clients and their families.

Kaylee answered, “The X-Factor for me is being able to serve our patients with the upmost care, respect, and knowledge. I love knowing that the nurses and therapy staff that go out after me will provide the same level of care, knowing that we all have each other’s back and have the same end goal in mind- providing the best possible care for our patients.”

In her free time, Kaylee finds joy in family time on her farm in Willard with her husband and four kids. You will most often find her cheering on the sidelines of their baseball and basketball games. Kaylee, your dedication to our patients in the Springfield area is invaluable. We’re truly fortunate to have you as part of our team at Phoenix!
