Kelly, PCA

Today, let’s shine the spotlight on Kelly from our Lebanon branch!🎉

Kelly joined Team Phoenix just over a year ago, bringing with her an impressive 25 years of experience. Her team had nothing but praise, saying, “Kelly is a breath of fresh air! She is always smiling and is willing to do whatever is asked of her. She always goes above and beyond for the clients and exemplifies the Phoenix Mission Statement at all times!”

At Phoenix, we strive to exemplify Christ-like values of patience, honesty, and compassion. When asked why she chose Phoenix, Kelly shared, “I worked in home care and facility care for a long time. The lack of appreciation I felt led me to needing a change. I wanted to join the Phoenix Team for the fact of Christian fundamentals it has been founded on. I found a family in Phoenix. I found a staff that cares about our clients and cares about me. They appreciate me and tell me that all the time. That makes a big difference for me!!”

We believe in showing gratitude to our caregivers and nurses through pop-up events. Kelly shared her enthusiasm, saying, “I love pop-ups and attend most of them. It’s the little things that mean so much!”

Kelly, your dedication is truly appreciated. Thank you for being an integral part of our team!
