Say hello to employee spotlight, Sabrina Fields! She has been with Phoenix for just over a year in Jefferson City.
Her impact on clients and her team is undeniable, “This wonderful caregiver gives her all and everything to her clients without hesitation. She is always willing to fill in and go over and above her job. Her clients love her to the moon and back. The clients always ask for her when they find out their original caregiver is going to be out. She never says no. Her compassion for the client is what the XFACTOR stands for.”

When asked what gives her the passion for her job she said, “Some of the things that motivate me to get up and do what I do are I love helping people and the positive energy and vibes it brings not only me but my clients when I do simple tasks that make their lives easier and brings them joy is the reason this job is my passion!”
Outside of Phoenix she loves to garden, flip houses, be in the sun, and spend time with her two dogs. We love learning a bit more about our caregivers.
