Andrea has been a CNA at our Columbia, Missouri, office since 2007. She started working as a housekeeper in a nursing home working with her grandma. She took the path following her grandma because she was a CNA. Andrea worked in a nursing home from that point on. February 2014 she decided to try something different. “I heard good things about Phoenix, so I applied. I got the job!” She says the X factor means the compassion of her job and being caring to her client. She loves seeing the smile on her clients face.
