Meet Bridget W., an LPN from our Springfield, MO region. She has been selected as our latest Springfield Nurse of the Month!🎉
Bridget has been with our Private Duty Nursing team at Phoenix since November of 2021! For years she worked diligently at night, keeping her patient safe and well. This allowed him to grow and flourish, and gave some much needed rest to his parents. Later, when there was a need, she switched to days and went to school with her little guy. Her compassion, love, and dedication are deeply appreciated by her little patient’s parents, and admired by all the teachers, therapists, and staff at the school.
Bridget is great to give our team updates on her client and keeps great communication when an order needs to be changed. She demonstrates all eight of the Phoenix “Principles of Flight,” but today we celebrate Bridget as she consistently delivers our mission (2nd Principle of Flight), faithfully serves her little patients (5th Principle of Flight), and creates & is present in special moments (4th Principle of Flight).
