Meet Tiffany Hampton!
Tiffany is a caregiver in the Columbia region.
We asked Tiffany to share with us what gives her the passion to do what she does and why she chooses Phoenix Home Care. She said, “I have always had a heart for serving others. My parents were like that too and when my dad passed away from cancer many years ago I just knew I wanted to honor him and give back to others.”
“I love working one on one with people and making it possible for them to stay in their homes, you really get to know so many people with all different backgrounds. I chose Phoenix because I heard a lot of great things about the company and wanted to work for a company that had a good reputation and seemed to have a lot of passion for what they do.”
When asked what she would tell someone wanting to join our team, she responded “I would say you wont be disappointed. They are the best company I have worked for and they really take care of their employees.”
“The X- factor to me means giving it your all, you really have to put the clients and their families first and really be in tune with their needs. Having the right mindset and the right attitude is everything when it comes to serving others”
