We asked Twila what gives her passion to do what she does she answered, “Being able to see what it means to my clients is what gives me the passion to do what I do. Every day I go to work, and I get to know my clients more than the day before. I get to see the positive impacts I make in their lives, and knowing I can make a difference in someone’s life is what drives my passion for me to do my best.”
“I have never worked in Home Care before and wanted to take the chance at a different work environment to see if it was a job, I could make a lifelong career out of. I have had personal experience with helping family members with daily tasks and decided I should find a job similar due to the joy I get from helping others. Since I have started my job at Phoenix, I cannot express how much I enjoy working in Home Care.”

When you become a part of someone’s life you make a difference that is why every day, I do my best to meet my client’s needs and give them the best care possible. I know if I have a positive attitude when I come into their home, show how much I care and enjoy being there, and take the time to understand their needs I can make a great impact.
