Spotlight on Brenda Bearpaw- Mead, LPN, from the Independence office.
Brenda says she chose to work in home care because she appreciates being able to give her client 100% of her attention, in the environment where they are most comfortable.
She said she considered Phoenix because she had heard good things about the company. She decided to work for Phoenix after seeing the mission statement and core values, and meeting some of the Independence office staff.
Brenda says she is pretty passionate in her desire to be a blessing to her clients. “God has blessed me in more ways than I ever imagined He would, and I’m grateful for the chance to have a positive impact on my clients’ lives.”
The X Factor to Brenda means caring for clients in the way that she would want her own family member to be cared for – with love and respect.
