Phil Melugin: Man of the Year
In 2019, the Springfield Business Journal honored our founder and CEO, Phil Melugin, with a Man of the Year award. One of 20 honorees that year, SBJ’s independent panel judged nominees on professional accomplishments, leadership, influence, and civic engagement. Phil’s deep desire to help others in his community drives not only his work ethic but also those in his family. Two of Phil’s three children have advanced medical degrees, and their son-in-law is an ER physician. Phil instills his values of community service and assisting others in every employee at Phoenix Home Care.
