President/CEO Phil Melugin and his wife Kimberly established Phoenix Home Care Inc., in 2011 in Springfield, MO. In 2013 they decided it was time to connect with a neighboring city and was introduced to the Branson market in 2013. Phoenix provides acute Skilled Nursing through Home Health Services; Private Duty Nursing to Children with Special Needs; Private Duty Care Services such as nursing, nurse-aide or companion level assistance with activities of daily living from a few hours a day to around-the-clock care; State funded In-home Services (homemaker chores, errands and shopping, personal care, education, medication set-ups and reminders; and Consumer Directed Services where Phoenix serves as a state vendor to provide administrative support services.
