My mother was a nurse, I get the caring side from her. I feel I am a natural born caregiver; I love helping people.
Before I left out of state and worked for a different home health care company, followed Phil because she thought very highly of him. When I moved back I applied with Phoenix because of him. I truly love this company and it is very family oriented.
You really have to have true compassion for mankind, if you don’t have that within you then you’re not going to be happy in this field. That way you can truly look forward to helping your clients every day! If you take the opportunity; treat the clients like family.
