8. Through the use of cutting edge technology our Personal Care Attendants’ activities are monitored throughout the workday. You will be required to clock in and out (using the client’s phone) while providing home care services.(Required)

11. It is Phoenix policy to run a Nationwide fingerprint background check on all new hires that have not lived in Missouri for the last continuous 5 years. Per statue, the cost of the background check cannot exceed $5. Any search requiring more than a $5 fee will not be able to be completed and a copy of the letter from the Missouri State Hwy Patrol, outlining the excess cost will be placed in the personnel file of all new hires that meet the criteria for having the fingerprint background screening done.(Required)
