Say hello to employee spotlight, Miles! She joined Phoenix in April and has already made a huge impact on her team and clients in Jefferson City.
When asked what gives you the passion to do what you do, she shared, “I genuinely care about helping people who are advanced in years.”
Her supervisor shared, “Her work shows through the mouths of her clients. They are so content and trust that she will be there for them. We often check with clients to see if their needs are met, only to find that Miles is doing a wonderful job, and they couldn’t be more pleased with the job she is doing to keep them safe and clean.”
Outside of Phoenix Miles loves to have fun with her kids. Some of her favorite things are their smiles and genuine laughter.
