Our clients and the public see our Phoenix team members on the front lines most often, our amazing field staff. We also want to shine a light on our wonderful Leadership team, who help keep many things running smoothly in the background at our offices. Introducing Caty Doll, the Private Duty Care Manager from our Wichita, KS office! She has additional credentials as a Home Health Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant, and has dedicated 6 years to our Phoenix team.
We asked, “How does your role help support our clients/employees?“
Caty: “I feel like my role is advocating for our clients and caregivers. Making sure that our clients are well taken care of and they are able to stay in their homes and also making sure we take great care of our caregivers because they are the heart of our program!”
Have you taken any Culture classes? Which one did you like best? (Culture classes are available to Phoenix employees and serve to enrich career and personal growth for our teams.)

C: “Put in the work to achieve your goals.”
Who has been an important coworker/mentor in your career, and what did you learn from them?
C: “Jessica Higgins and Robyn Filburn. Jessica has mentored me from the beginning, and she makes sure that I have the tools to succeed. Robyn has also been there when I need an ear or advice to navigate a situation. Both have supported me and lifted me up when I have needed it and I am very grateful for them! I could name many more and I am very thankful for my Phoenix family!”
What is your favorite memory at Phoenix so far?
C: “The Trunk or Treats because it is the pop up that a lot of our caregivers attend and bring their families. Seeing them come through and getting to meet their kids really is valuable to me.”

What is one thing you can’t work without?
C: “My co-workers!”
What are two things on your bucket list?
C: “Going to Turks and Caicos and taking my dad to fish in the ocean.”
Tell us a little about you.
C: “I love to travel even if it is just a quick little road trip on the weekend. I also love cooking and having my kids in the kitchen with me.”
