Heather Fine, LPN

Meet Heather Fine! Heather is an LPN in the Wichita, KS area.

We asked Heather to share with us what gives her the passion to do what she does. She said, “My passion is being able to make a difference and to be a part of my patient’s and their family’s lives, and being able to give them the quality of care they deserve.”

“Home care has always been my favorite. I chose to become part of the Phoenix Home Care & Hospice because I have always had a passion to make sure every person is honored during the end-of-life process. Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is more like a family. Everyone supports each other, no matter the need. The Phoenix family wants what’s best for everyone and focuses on building each other up.”

We asked Heather to share what she would like people who are contemplating a career with Phoenix to know. She said, “If you are still thinking about joining the team, you have already waited too long. Joining Phoenix hospice has been the absolute best career choice I have made yet. Management is always willing to help and the support from coworkers is by far the best.”

“The X factor to me is being completely there for a patient and their family. It means serving my patients and their families to the absolute best of my ability, showing compassion and empathy, and providing the best quality of care.”
