We asked Heather to share with us what gives her the passion to do what she does. She said, “My passion is being able to make a difference and to be a part of my patient’s and their family’s lives, and being able to give them the quality of care they deserve.”
“Home care has always been my favorite. I chose to become part of the Phoenix Home Care & Hospice because I have always had a passion to make sure every person is honored during the end-of-life process.
