Meet Jeanette Gillespie, an outstanding caregiver in our Independence region!
Jeanette enjoys when her clients smile or when client guardians lets her know she is appreciated for helping and doing the best she can.
Jeanette started doing home care when her current client’s guardian noticed how well she was doing helping neighbors and brought Jeanette an application. She stated that she feels that Phoenix cares about employees, as well as clients and always feels appreciated.
Jeanette would like to tell others contemplating working for Phoenix that Phoenix is a good company. They care not just about clients, but also team members. She said Phoenix is a friendly place to work and makes you feel welcome..not “just an employee” to Phoenix.
In Jeanettes free time she enjoys helping with the food pantry, feeding the homeless, looking out for neighbors, donating for families during holidays, helping supply food for families after a loved one passes, volunteering as a caregiver and trying to help wherever/whenever she can.
