Meet Kayla, a PCA from our Springfield, MO region!
We asked Kayla, “What gives you the passion to do what you do?” She said, “My passion for caregiving stems from a deep-rooted desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Witnessing the vulnerability and struggles faced by those in need has inspired me to provide comfort, support, and dignity through compassionate care. Being a caregiver allows me to fulfill my purpose by forming meaningful connections with patients and their families, and by helping them navigate challenging times with grace and hope. The satisfaction of knowing that I’ve made a difference in someone’s life is what fuels my passion and drives me to continue serving as a caregiver.”

Outside of work, Kayla tells us she is a proud mother of two daughters and that they are the center of her world. She spends much of her time with them, creating memories by exploring the great outdoors and doing activities like swimming, boating, or having picnics together.
