Meet Malaina Bolin!
She is a caregiver in the Joplin region.
We asked Malaina to share with us what gives her the passion to do what she does. She said “My late grandmother is the reason I have the passion to do what I do. I took care of her at the end of her life after she spent her life caring for me.”
“I love home care because I can make a difference while keeping my clients in their homes where they feel secure.”
When asked what she would like to tell others contemplating working at Phoenix Home Care her response was “I would tell them to absolutely come to Phoenix. If they want a work environment that makes them feel appreciated and genuinely cared for, Phoenix is that place. Everyone here is super compassionate and just amazing.”
“The -X Factor to me is just doing the best that I can every single day to ensure that care for people in a way that I want to be cared for if I ever need help in my life. So that’s why everyday I wake and I smile and put my scrubs on and take my knowledge and try to serve everyone with compassion and genuinely get to know my clients. I want them to feel like I’m just family coming to help and not just an employee doing a job.”
