Meet Dusty W., a Private Duty Nursing LPN from our Springfield, MO region.
Even though she has only been with Phoenix since July 2025, she has made a BIG impact!
She hit the ground running with her teenage client, creating special moments and lasting memories. She cares for a very medically complex kiddo with many medical needs, and there is no need that is too great or small for her to meet, even traveling over 3 & 1/2 hours to help mom with transporting from a major surgery. She is an example of all of the 8 principals of flight, including continuously living out Phoenix’s Mission Statement (2nd Principle of flight), creating and being present in special moments (4th Principal of flight), faithfully serving her little patient (5th Principle of flight.) and celebrating outcomes (8th principal of Flight).
