Paula Dameron

Meet Paula Dameron! Paula is a caregiver in our Lebanon region.

When asked what gives you the passion to do what you do, Paula replied with, “Just to know that I can help the elderly and disabled enough to keep them at home and not in a retirement or nursing facility. I feel like I’m making a difference in my life as well as my clients to keep them happy, healthy, and comfortable.”

“Home care works well for me for several reasons, I feel needed by those who are really incapable of taking care of themselves and I enjoy traveling from place to place and meeting new clients and their families. The Phoenix team in the Lebanon office is awesome! They certainly know how to make us caregivers feel appreciated by simply saying “thank you” for all you do. Working for Phoenix is one of the few companies that I have worked for that always has my back. They are all so helpful and understanding when incidents occur. Looking forward to staying with Phoenix for a very long time.”

We asked Paula what she would tell others who are thinking of working for Phoenix Home Care. She said, “If someone I knew was interested in working at Phoenix, I would tell them that if you like working independently and helping others in your community you should apply with Phoenix. Phoenix will go above and beyond to train and assist you in any area you may need help with. I would also tell them not to get their feelings hurt when a client dismisses them. It happens sometimes to everyone.”
