What gives you the passion to do what you do?
I love taking care of others and getting to know new people; knowing that I am helping not only my client but his family also.
Why Home Care & Why Phoenix?
I have worked in a nursing home and a hospital, but home care is a better fit for me. The one on one with my client is great. Having one person to take care means you can give your all to that one person.
What would you like to tell others contemplating working at Phoenix Home Care?
This is a great company to work for. All my questions have been answered. The training you get through the nursing staff is wonderful. You aren’t thrown in to anything you’re not ready for.
What does the X-Factor mean to you?
There is always new things to learn if you want to.
Jerry and Austin have a special bond. In these pictures you’ll see him whispering, don’t smile. Jerry says that Austin will do the opposite of what you ask, it brings lots of laughter. Mom, Theresa, couldn’t be happier with the service she and her son receive from Phoenix.
