Spotlight on JC – Marsha Knatcal, Caregiver
Marsha says she realized her passion after working with her very first client! After that, she knew God aligned her with Phoenix for a reason. She said she loves people, and the fact that they are grateful and happy to see her, makes her day!
She originally applied for the position thinking it would be temporary and 5 years later the fulfillment she receives from helping others has kept her there. “Phoenix is a Christian based company and that is important to me, it’s not about the salary anymore, it’s about the people.”
She enjoys the staff at her Phoenix office and says they are great people to work with and are very helpful.
