Meet Vicki, a Personal Care Attendant from our Joplin, MO region!
We asked, “What gives you the passion to do what you do?” Vicki replied with, “I just love helping people who need someone that cares.”
When we asked her, “Why Home Care & Why Phoenix?” she told us, “I have always taken care of someone. Phoenix just seemed like the right place.” She has worked in home care off and on for some time, and has been an invaluable Phoenix team member for about a year and three months.
A co-worker recently praised Vicki with, “Everyone Vicki works for always has good things to say about her. She really is out there in the field making a difference for her clients and we’re so lucky to have her here at Phoenix!” She truly takes our company values to heart, with Vicki herself saying of the Phoenix X Factor, “It means give it your all and be compassionate about your job, and always be caring.”
