Meet Wendy O’Banion! Wendy is an LPN in the Jefferson City area.
We asked Wendy to share with us what gives her the passion to do what she does. She said, “Taking the time to sit with my patients and listen to their stories. Life is always rushing around us, in a hurry but to sit quietly with them and listen to their stories is a great honor. I carry those moments with me always.”
We asked Wendy, “Why Phoenix Home Care & Hospice?” She replied, “I wanted to be part of a team that truly did live by their mission statement. Our statement isn’t just words put up on a board, it’s in our hearts…it’s how we live every day.”
We asked Wendy to share what she would like people to know who are contemplating a career with Phoenix. She said, “Come on in! You won’t regret it! Being a part of the Phoenix team is like coming home!”
